Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Domestic Shipping Rates: We offer $5 flat-rate shipping across the United States. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.

• Shipment Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from our Squarespace store containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

• Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please email our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
