Return and Refund Policy
Due to the hygiene and safety standards inherent to skincare products, we must enforce the following return parameters:
Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Opened or Used Products: If you experience an adverse reaction or are deeply unsatisfied with a product you have opened, please contact support at 347- or email our team within 14 days of delivery. We handle product satisfaction claims on a case-by-case basis via store credit or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return: Please reach out to customer support with your order number to request a prepaid return shipping label.
